Japanese LOVE

It is some entrance of commercial avenue near Osaka Station.
Actually it is nothing special about the avenue, but I found strange catch-phrase that was written as "どの子にも 進んでかけよう 愛のひと声". The meaning of the slogan in English is "Let's tell A LOVE WORD to every child". When I glanced the phrase, I thought "really? don't be silly" because any kind of school teachers are teaching their pupils one thing that don't follow stranger or something like that. If some one tell a love to children, maybe they will be arrested.

Luminarie 2007

Luminarie have been held to mourn the victims of Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake since 1995. It happened on Jan 17th, 1995 in Kobe, Hyogo.

In fact I visited the area stricken by disaster that I have been living now by a curious coincidence. After the earthquake people lost most of the things, water, house, bed, table, chesterfield, food, laundry machine, bed. In addition, many people lost their precious person or people by the disaster.

Most people couldn't live their own houses at that time, so they had to spend all of the time in gymnastic hall, community hall, or something like that together. Yet I haven't gone through an an experience, I just saw the situation. Those situation shouldn't have been forgotten. It will happen anytime.

Even i think about the situation now, i can't stop crying....

Anyway I went to Luminarie last year, too. It have been held around middle of December since 1995.

謹賀新年 2008

For Japanese, new year's day is one of the important days. Most people pray something for the year. In my case, I wanna chage my life little bit because my life in Kobe must be finished and I will move some where to live again. Anyway I am sure my life in this year will be changed.

Have a good year.
