Picture In A Picture

It is Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum in Phnom Pen.
At first, I couldn't distinguish what it is.

School / Jail / Museum

Once upon a time, this place had been an elementary school.
Many students might have studied in this room.

In the past, it was a jail during Por Pot era.
Many innocent people might been terribly inflicted great suffering.

At the present day, it is the museum of Khmer Rouge.
Many people can learn from this place even people just drop in.

Kamomioya-jinjya

It is commonly called Shimogamo-jinjya(下鴨神社), and the proper name is Kamomioya-jinjya(賀茂御祖神社). Jinjya(神社) means Shrine. It is one of World Cultural Heritages.

I should take a rest about my travel of south east Asia, and I thought I had better find some picture for X'mas. You know, the most of Japanese don't believe cross, but X'mas is one of big events in Japanese society. It is pretty curious things for me. Anyway I couldn't take better picture about X'mas; on the other hand, I took this picture. When I see this one, I just said "Waw" in my mind. Hmmmm, I think I could clip awesome moment from the scenery.

The Monument of Khmer Rouge in Killingfield

Killing Field

This place is really nothing except the tragedies of Porpot era. The rough of ground is remains of excavation sites. Even I spent a time more than two hours, I couldn't imagine anything about Khmer rouge. Just several noticing boards, skeletons, and tower let me know about the situation.

Actually nobody care about the monkey. If it is in Japan, it must be News.

That Is Also Love

It was about to rain chicken coops, then Mom protected her six or seven children under her body. The baby chick that pop it's head out of the mom body is just one of the babies, so the others are also under their mom. When I saw this scenery, I decided to the title. It must be LOVE(愛).

In English, "Human Love" and this Love are using the same word, even the meaning is different for me.

Where Is Mom?

I wanna really believe her wonderful future.
She looks like just ten or twelve years old.
She is looking for can and bin with barefoot.
She is holding the same scale two bags as her body.
I believe she has great future.

It was to Siem Reap from Angkor.

Human Love

It must be LOVE(恋). I don't know the other words for this picture.

It is along Kamo river(鴨川 & 加茂川) and Takano river(高野川), Kyoto.

In fact, I was wondering about uploading this picture for the public. Under law, this picture doesn't have any problem because this picture was taken on pubic place, and nobody distinguish who they are. Above those things, this picture has beautiful things more than just curiosity. If you have something, just let me know.

Full of Wonder

He is with curiosity. When I was his age, I was also like him. Always I asked "Who?", "What?", and "Why?". Every single situation was object of my interest. I don't know what kind of thing i could get from that kind of curiosity. hmmmm

In fact, for me he is my interest.
I wanna know what he is thinking,
I wanna know what he wants to do,
and I wanna know what kind of great future he will have.
It must be different from mine, completely.

Guardian Angel

When I saw this one, I thought Cambodia and Japan have relationship by something. Japanese culture also has this kind of things. It is pretty similar to Japanese one.

It is in Phnom Bakheng around sunset.

Banteay Srei

Banteay Srei is little bit far from main place of Angkor. It takes 20 km or more from Angkor Watt. This ruin is pretty different from the other Angkor ruins. It is delicate work of art, right?
The ruin is much smaller than Angkor Watt, but fortunately travelers are few.

Who Is Stronger? 5

I could see this kind of scenery a lot in Angkor. Those things are made by only TIME, not human being. Even building was built by human being, time and nature could outstrip it.

You know, in our society we have a lot of conflicts with the other people. I think that we cannot solve the most of the situation, but sometime passing the time do it.

I just thought about it in front of this scenery.

Monkey Girl

Can you find WALLY girl?

In Japanese society, not only girls but also boys cannot do this kind of things. Every parents and adult scold children who are doing this kind of things.
What is she doing? I was curious, too. Actually I don't know exactly, but I think that she is picking up some fruits or something like that.

Peaceful Place Peaceful Mind

It must be peaceful place. That is why this kind of situation of sleeping is usually with peaceful mind. It is in Angkor.

Earthworm? Centipede?

In fact I do not know anything about it, and I am so sorry this kind of strange things to show....

One Doller

Their asking was one doller to take picture as model. When I was this age, I have never said this kind of things for the other person. I could kill the other person just with my smile, so people who saw it gave their every attention to me.

It is just kidding. I really admire their positive behavior.

Value in Cambodia

It is in Ta Phrom, Angkor. I expected to take picture with them who are just part of scenery. Unexpected they know what is the value in this situation. Yes, they are kind of professional model. In third world, I am always thinking about how I should behave for some situation.

In fact, It is pretty difficult. In Japanese society, to buy from the socially vulnerable or to give something from them is having kind of value, but in third world to do that kind of things for children is not so good things. That is why making money is easy, and children cannot go to school. Every part of Angkor that traveler visit has many children all the time.

If they change this kind of time to educational time, it must be making more valuable things for them.

Beautiful Sunset, Great Angkor, Good Relationship
