I went to Bowen Island, but people call this island Boring Island. It must be one of the true, but i really like the island because it is nothing there. Anyway the island is pretty calm and peace.

It must be just to do, even the wall is high, the problem is difficult, or the thing is dislike for someone. In this situation, small person is Toyonoshima(豊ノ島; 169cm / 148kg), so he is one of the smallest smo(相撲) wrestler in top class. Big guys is Yamamotoyama (山本山; 191cm / 248kg) is the biggest wrestler. Usually huge person has advantage in this kind of sports game. If the situation between the biggest and the smallest is more clear, people can see the result easily. In fact, Yamamotoyama won the game, but the game was rich in content.

The middle of the game had this kind of situation, but Toyonoshima didn't give up the fihgt. Third picture was just 0.5 second later. It must be spice of the trying. If he didnt do, he couldn't make anything in his life.

Anyway it is Japanese sports, Ohzumo(大相撲).

In Granville Market

The Library of UBC

It is Corner library in University of british Columbia. I really like to stay in this library. Even i am so foolish, i was getting to feel that i am smart bcause of being here. hahaha. This library is pretty good view, not only from outside but also from inside. Usually Japanese library isn't like this. The most japanese library is like a grotto. Sometime it must be good, but open library also must be nice.

This scenery is kind of Special for me. That is why it has not only sea but also mountains. In addition, it also has nice sky. This place is just 30 minutes from Vancouver downtown by public bus.

In fact, this scenery is pretty rare during winter because it is usually cloudy or rainy. Even winter season, people wanna spend a time here. If it is summer, people really love to enjoy this situation. Sunset time in summer is around 9 or 10 p.m.

Behind logs are downtown of Vancouver. This is one of nice beach in Vancouver, and the beach is just beside residence area. People enjoy their life with the beach.

It is one of my favorite place to stay and study. In fact, the building isn't so old, but it is pretty cool.

It is one of useful transportation, and CANUCKS is the ice hockey team of Vancouver. Vancouver people are really crazy of the team. In addition, Canada is first nation of ice hockey. If you have a chance to see the fame, it must be fun.

I don't know this place is really "island" or not, but people call so. Anyway this place is sort of shopping district now, and it was industrial area before.

For this travel, I prepared two backup batteries for my camera because the battery was expected not to work well in intense cold place. After I visited to Yellowknife, I noticed that was stupid idea. You know, I can't take picture so much under thirty degree. It is sooooo cold beyond my expectation. This picture is also one of them that i took under cold weather.
